Today with Phase 1

Good Day May 2, 2021

Thank you for giving me an idea on how to start creating the planned resort.  I am really grateful that i met thoes people whos important that could help me start the first phase.  I know there a long way to go but now atleast this phase 1 zeem much more doable and realistic.  In the past couple of weeks i have been in cloud nie cause business seems to pick up.  Plans are progressing.  Investments are going well and more opportunities are opening or discovered by jus keeping an open mind.  Think and grow rich is the book that can help us.  Its telling us what ever we think we can accomplished.  Lofe is never simple and theres a lot of things happening and out of our control.  We really hope that we can do our best and keep moving forward with all the things we are not in control off.  

Plans can become reality all we need to have is determination and right mindset.  Its really hard to do the research but its much harder to implement those as like in the book.  There are a lot of stuff we can learn thru it and we hope that we can make something good out of it.  Its too vague on what my phase 1 is but all that i can say that in the past when we buy a parcel of land we would waste productivity cause we dont know what to do with the land and we dont know how to utilize it with the lease effort possible.  We can think and plan but doing and implementing is a different matter altogether.

I really hope that this plan i could see it thru and progress the way we plan and hope that this would bring us closer to make this a reality.

Today with Looking Forward

Good day March 25, 2012,

It's been a while since I said thank you for all the opportunities and blessings comes and coming in my life. Let's name a few things to get the ball rolling. First this April I would be going a trip with my friends! That's one second it's going to be a two country trip! Australia and Singapore. Next in my thank you wagon, is my most awaited Game is going to be released on May 15, 2012. Without saying a word I would also opt to upgrad my rig ! My Laptop, Currently eyeing for the 2012 model MacBook pro15". Setup my home to be a media hub! Most of all I can't thank enough that all my investments are in good shape and everything would surely gave me the financials to buy all my stuffs! Nothing short is that the managed business is getting better every second and with that said I would be going to HK to enjoy and Talk business with my business partner in Guangzhou! Impressive enough that a door of opportunity opened with a Big potential client Gaizano would buy my LED Christmas lights! It pushes thru then business would be great! Another part that I am looking forward to is my equity investment in HK cause it would be impressive enough that It would give me a return of 500% in the next two years. This year is really my year and the succeeding years to come. I would thank you everyone and every experience I gain thru this cause without them I would not be able to have all these opportunities and wealth put together. CFA is also around Te corner and my Currency trading is doing quite well. Hopefully this year my capital would return and I would learn a big chunk of it controlling my emotions.

Thank you and good luck to me! Leisure is everywhere I just need to notice them. Avengers, Wrath of the Titans and GI Joe are some list of movies I anticipate but sacrifices are needed to really give me what I really want Financial freedom by earning tons of money by investing and doing nothing but analyzing!

Good day October 31, 2011,

I am thanking today for another long relaxing cool day, I really hope diablo 3 game would come out soon so that I could play and enjoy the game. I planned to buy two mac pro 15" next year for the game I know it's crazy but I really feel that I am earning a lot of money by next year cause of the investments I am going to place. My wife found out a note from my itouch about what would I like when I die.

The note goes on like this:
When I am dead:

1. No masses and stupid worthless temple shit.
2. It's ok to place fruits and Incense to pay their respect for me.
3. I hope that every day on my funeral starting at 8:30pm, 3 persons could say a 30 -45 mins speech about me.

The speech would be have guidelines
- introductory of one self
- on how they got acquainted with me
- what are the things you love/like about me
- 3 best memories about me
- how did I affect their lives good or bad
- last word and regret
- what do you wish that I could grant

4.on the last day of funeral, say one thing you'll miss about Jhester

5. On the day of burial, everyone sing a song. ( Chinese) Andy Lao on my iPod mhel knows it.

I also got to write a Nintendo phone idea on my notes planning to send it via email on the Nintendo site. I really hope they would love my idea and hire me. Well what job would I prefer probably the CEO position would be the best! Hahaha. I guess this would be another dream come true. I also like to be a game designer for diablo 3 game, they rejected my application but it give me a chance to write a game design that they might like. I hope they would hire me and create the game I designed.
