Today with Election 2022

Thabk you for a peaceful election and I am grateful that everything seems to be going fine in all aspect of our lives.  After elections the front runner as in the surveys is the same.  The next president do have a lot of baggage and despite all the bad publicity and bad repuation and Horible family history he still manage to get majority of the votes from the people.  It might not be sensible from other countries perspective especially people who claim moral high ground how would a gourp of people Voted for someone like him.  There are a lot of stuff to take in consideration for winning this campaign.  The second choice was far behind from the votes and does not even count as any part of the majority that they claimed.  This group of people put on the blame on the voteres who voted for a bad man whihc technically he did not commit but only benefited and persecuted from just being the same name as his father.

The first thing i will say is he is not his father, with the bad publicity of his family garnered and every media is saying bad things about them.  I would say the disadvantage is the surname.  Apparently they were able to make their family name a key advantage.  Truth is always written by the winners, on 1986 the winners were the edsa revolution people and they were able to rule 36 years and apparently their story is not resonating well with the masses cause the citizens felt they were struggling more than in the past.  However, the problem is not if they are really strugling.  The real problem was the 1986 people was not able to do what they promised and bring fort simple comfort or opportunites to all.  The citizens felt that a few handful of people in 1986 revoltuion was doing what the Marcoses are doing in the past and was not focusing on reforms and making the citizens better.  Feeling is important cause its the gateway to the truth.  What do i mean feeling is the gateway to the truth, when humans do feel something they will associate it as real cause they felt it regardless if its true or not.  So when people say the earth is flat they feel that its flat even though its not.  Thats one thing lacking in people trying to tell something real.  Its like when a Yogi said, when he holds a glass of water and he say its hot and its 200 degrees.  the one who holds it would say its hot but he feels how hot.  It depends on his perception of hot.  That is exactly whats happening here.  Due to lack in progress on geeting back what been stolen or said its stolen from the government.  The people felt that all presidents stole something.  Its how many, its what they felt really matters.  When the people felt their lives are not getting easier they will blame the people who claims that they will make it better.  Even though economy grew and life really got better.  Daily life of the people did not.    This is also the problem of globalization.  Globalization is really good and it really do uploft life of everyone.  The problem is only a few felt the good effects of it at a grand scale.  Government always forget the capacity and life survivability of all citizen.  They should be minding the most bottom part of the people and make more adjustment base on their capacity and survivability.  I will give an example, people in very rural poor areas do not have knowledge and money to buy simple smart phone or operate it as efficiently as possible to be part of the system.  This should be the most important part a government should focus.  Lets separate them in age. Seniors would be having hard time to use Smart phones and laptops.  but pushing 3 buttons will be easier for them.  Giving them an app that have only 3 step rpocess would help a lot.  younger generations would adjust faster with games and facebook and other social media apps.  Infrastructure of fast connectivity is needed.  And make sure government reach to people easily.  The technology is there and we can make everything easier in simple steps.  People like Leni Robredo thinks that everyone is capable understanding simple instructions.  Thats the most absurd thing to assume that people will follow instructions, making them follow like forcing them is also not a good thing.  Making them understand and helping them.in the process is much better.  I know government do not have the manpower nor the time.  thats exactly what i am saying make time and understanding. Having a single person guide them to push buttons on the website to make them follow is the key.  Example in registration of vehicle make sure that people can line up to register online and a personnel to help them go thru the process that will help tremenduosly in making them understand.  Citizens should be able to get a national ID and join the system by helping them register.  They dont know NSO or statistic office but government should go help them when they dont have the files needed. Find the files for them, make a new file for them.  Using retina and fingerprint or DNA to make sure this is the person who he said he is.  Visit them on their house or home address to make sure thats where they live.  If thats breach of security why not make sure location services are turned on and get mail from the location.  Technology is helping us make sure everyone will go along and belong.  The problem a lot government official do not understand the plight of their citizen cause they are living differently.  Their lives are well off and they cant understand people on the bottom.

Stuff that the government should not interfere, its the choice of the citizen.  If the citizen opt to spend all their salary without thibking of the future then the governement cant do anything about it, they cant punish the citizen.  Helping them is also not in the question cause its giving them options on how they want to be help.  Consequences are needed to develop the people to do better but not in compromise of quality of life.  there are a lot of things that are created and is good for the world.  Government is there to govern and be the referee when needed.  When the government system hinders its effectivity that is the time when problem arises in democracy.  When government over steps its ground on which part they should be in control thats also the problem with authocracy.  I believe government is the referee that hands judgement and ruling in which both party decides which is the most beneficial for the whole society.  Governement should help everyone cause thats their Job. 

I also read somewhere that Russia just pegged their currency to Gold.  Its quite backdated cause its really bad to backed a country currency to gold especially pegged it like its fixed.  The idea is really sound cause the isd is being printed like paper and there is no one really monitoring the flow of usd or the creation of USD.  Crypto was created to battle such problem but it also created a new problem of control.  Government wants control before something bad will happen thats good. Its progressive in nature.  The problem is they should not control but manage the result they desire.  The end goal should always be stable and consistent growth.  With Gold backed currency, gold is a limited supply and its growth is stable cause people will have cost in extracting gold.  The supply and demand mechanism of value is solid but its too ridged.  We should make a stable growth of currency backed by the inflation growth all nations agrees.  2% inflation or growth is gather thru the growth of gold mined in the past and that does not hold true.  Growth in usage of the currency in bitcoin algorithm is a good start but that they way they do the algorithm.  Its hard for all country to agree on how to value stuff.  Value in its currency is hard enough and its really bad and hard.  i would proposed a better idea on how to monitor this well which is much more realistic.  We wont peg gold to currency, we should peg land sq to the money.  The bigger the land a country have thats the amount of money they can print.  Thats more logical, if the land is used properly then less money should be printed and more value to the currency.  Something like that. Today its the economy of a country which is not bad but its being manuoulated by some.  We are really going digital now and if money is now in crypto system everyone would have a way to see how much currency is printed and circulating per day.  That another way how a currency is build.  All countries wont let go the power of printing their currency and the USA have set a standards on how many uses their currency hence the oegging of such to everything.  Its like saying USD is the world currency.  That also a bad thing cause USA would have a inefficient economy.

i am not smart enough to give a concrete solution.  All i am saying is i can see potential problems and the world is currently trying to shape or solve it in every means posible.  This election is a good start cause its the will of the many.  The will of the many might not be correct but if we choose democracy then its how it should go. the Flaw of democracy.

Today with Sacrifice

Good Day November 6, 2011,

Thank you for a cool day. I would also like to thank my blessings like my beautiful mind and wonderful intellect.

Lately there are more and more people who are in hunger and times are tighter than ever. It is because people tend to be selfish. I would analyze the situation as everyone should. The government is available to govern or regulate and to place order in the society. They would need money to do such actions. They impose taxes from people to shed some income from the people hardwork. Once it was only donations then now it's implied that one should pay X amount to the government to have N perks. They would justify these by saying its goal is to help those who are poor. Its like justifying helping the lazy. It would also make someone feels like its better to be lazy.

Church Groups should really sacrifice their lives for the less fortunate and give them tools to help them get enough opportunities for their lives. Recently I got to notice people seems to be more greedier and church people also do become greedy every single second that passes by. They seem to be corrupt. They phantom the vanity that helping others gives them above compare to other people. They want others to give them higher respect but in return they give them fake comfort and peace of mind.

We as a society should aim to help everyone to get the opportunity they deserve. Its like teaching them how to fish rather giving them the fish itself. People have different rates on learning and adaptation . People also have different patience over teaching others but the main point it would eventually meets in the middle.

Religious organization should give education an work for the people and give them structure on how to live Te life they like to have. That should be the main goal. Hence others would be willing to donate a certain amount to keep the project going. Taxes would increase base on volume of the taxpayers that would be paying. Religious Organization personnel should have the proper tools and passion to keep on helping the people. They should have atleast a 3 years contract that specifies the job description hence people would not be tired of helping.

Today with Government

Thank you for a great day, I got to relax in my date with my wife. Able to watch my TV shows and spend quality time with my life.

Today I want to blog is government.

Government is a body of people who creates regulation to promote order and happiness to the group.

I live in the Philippines and our Government really sucks. From Cory till now, I can't say anything beyond them but most probably they are all the same except Marcos but he got bad stuffs too.

Now in my view, I can see only few rules that could help a country to grow.

1. Rules to protect peace and order and upholding the laws

2. Promote good business environment for better livelihood for the people

3. Encourage on investing in the country for the future.

If I were the president these are the things I would do for our country

1. Redo the Tax code (simplify) no more rates cause it is never accurate

2. Restrict outflows of cash from the country on people going out of the for pleasure

3. Rework the government salaries and benefits (simplified and higher)

4. Planned the Philippines for 100 years projects and let other president adds but not remove.

5. Regulate the value of the country money to control inflation.

6. Concentrate on the main street economy and the stock exchange would follow too.

Ok now let me explain the details on how I should go about this plan.

1. We would need a single national ID for all Citizen. All born would immediately have a Identification Number or code that would be their life number , tax number,SSS numbe and other government number.

This ID would serve as a regulatory control on entering and exiting the country and any transaction there of.

Now all information gathered would be kept in a central database and a different government agency for security. There should be 3 secure bases on which data are kept.

This new system would help government monitor and have a sufficient information on what is really going on the country. But no specific data would be recorded or seen by others.

Example if there are 56 people who bought a Toyota Vios, then the data would transmit to the government agency that monitors economic conditions. It will state how many are males and what ages they have. In what city they live. But not disclosing who and exactly where.

Now this serves as a tax ID connected to the BIR which enforce people and encodes tax penalties.

Example a person would pay his or her taxes during a date thru a bank deposit
With a specific amount. This is how the new tax code should look like:

Person ages 18-21 - Php 5,000 tax
Person ages 22-25 - Php 8,000 tax
Person ages 26-29 - Php 12,000 tax
Person ages 30-35 - Php 15,000 tax
Person ages 36-39 - Php 20,000 tax
Person ages 40-45 - Php 25,000 tax
Person ages 46-50 - Php 18,000 tax
Person ages 51-55 - Php 15,000 tax
Person ages 56-60 - Php 12,000 tax

These are flat tax that each individual should pay. Every year. There could be an option on monthly payments and early payment discount.

If an individual wants to own a car here is the additional tax a year a person or business entity should pay

Automobiles worth 0-1,000,000

1 car - Php 10,000
2 Cars - Php 18,000
3 Cars - Php 26,400
4 Cars - Php 34,000
5 Cars - Php 40,000
6-infinity cars - each add 10,000 from the 40,000

Automobiles worth 1,000,001-2,000,000

1- Car - 20,000 tax
2 Cars 36,000 tax
3 Cars 52,800 tax
4 Cars 68,000 tax
5 Cars 80,000 tax
6- infinity every car add 20,000 from 80,000.

2,000,001 - 3,000,000

1 Car - 30,000 tax
2 Car - 52,800 tax
and so forth.....

As the example states that as one have more expenses they would need to pay more in taxes. In terms of economic stand point it would promotes saving but I would say it good. Government should also encourage growth by means of people spending. Lowering Taxes on certain industries would encourage people to spend on which industry per year. Now of Business Taxes, it would also be the same as taxes in individual. All businesses would need to pay a yearly tax to the government. They would also need requirements to be insured for fire and other acts of God.

Here is the basic Tax code for individual business. Regardless if they earn on the first year or not.

Year 1 - 50,000 a year
Year 2 75,000 a year
Year 3 - 100,000 a year

Year 4- on wards to infinity - Php 150,000

Now each business would have limitation base on business tax code.

If they want their business to own a place pay x amount of tax base on the square meter. The square meter would come from the title of the land from the city government records.

Now if the business wants to be listed on the stock exchange they would pay X amount a year additional from the individual business tax.

Any additional taxes will be base on the operation of the business. If the business wants to be in franchising hence they would add another fee.

Now farming and fishing are also businesses so they would also need to pay the net individual business tax. Now here are some bigger adds on utilities businesses. Like water electricity and transportation, banking as well. They would be in a higher tax code. Cause of monopoly. Now I will let the congress formulate a better tax flat tax cause they are smarter but the concept is all tax is categorized.

Here are the bread and butter of the tax code system that I proposed.

1. Any money that will go outside of the Philippines would have a limit and a rate and time constraint.

An entity will pay 20% of taxes of the total money sent. Limiting to 50,000 USD higher amount would correspond a higher rate. On a single send. An individual is limited to send a 1,000,000 USD per year Applies to Business only. 20,000 USD for individuals per year.
No tax will be collected. if the money is send to the Philippines.

Any person who buys the stocks in the Philippines Stock exchange would not need to pay a single tax.

All transaction on the SEC is monitored and carefully analyze.

Penalties
An individual that don't pay a year tax would need to spend a month in jail and 1,000 hours of community service. If upon capture he promise to pay thru a bank he would pay 5% percent penalty annually missed.

A person who payed a person a cheque and bounced, that person will be jailed per day the check is not payed to the payee.

My jail management would be easy they will all work for the government business free of labor in exchange of daily 3 meals. They will all be rate on their performance. Better performance they would be able to ask for parole.

Here are just some ideas that got me thinking.......

People need to learn to think for Other sake!

Have we ever tried to imagine what if we were a ruler of our country?  The current crisis that our world faces have a simple explanation which our current leader would not admit.  The simple yet profound reason is that all of our past leaders and current leader is that they all were not thinking for their countries when they were making decisions for their country. 

It's only simple to rule a country when one's  intension is for the people and for his country.  Simple idealism but it's hard for a human to do.  Thinking of other people before oneself is a very noble thing.  The only thing hinders a person to be noble is consistency to be noble in everything a person does.

I lived in a third world country where you may say that it has a lot of potential but it only looks good on paper but in reality,  it really sucks big time.  Geographically speaking it has one of the best climates in the world.  It's natural resources are enough for the countrymen to live, survived and enjoy all at the same time.  Economically speaking it has a lot of potential to one of the worlds largest markets.  

All of these are enough to make this country one of the worlds best.  We may doubt that the current financial system is flawed but what system isn't we should not see what can't be done only see what could be done.  Writing this blog helps me to show the world how oneself could change the world in his own way.

People do not need leaders but leaders do need people.  This clearly state a thought that we as humans forgot.  We as individual should always be concern about our fellow men/women, when we do we do great thongs for them and as the chain goes as do they for us.  When a person do what is good for others then people would also do good.  Then leaders are needed to keep the some people to follow others lead and not to take advantage of other people kindness and goodwill.

These are things that I would do to if I were a ruler.  Everything has an effect good or bad would be known at a future time but when one's intension is for the betterment of other, you can't be wrong.  Firstly people need jobs and jobs are created by businesses.  Hence we need to encourage an economy that will sustain good business for all kinds of business and everything would turn out ok.  Businesses need time to grow, hence to quicken the growth business government must help them.  Government could give businesses certainty and help them work their plan.  A stable business environment would help a lot.  Government put a flat value tax is a great way to boost businesses.  No other charges and permits to establish and sell products would help a lot.  

The word Government comes from the word Govern which really means is to regulate.  The current world situation Government is not doing a food job to regulate they try to control.  The difference in control and regulate is simple.  Control is to force the people to follow a single person will.  While to regulate is to ensure all people get equal opportunities that others have.

People need to learn the basic kids rule that is to share and to protect what is right.  Standing firm in what is for the good of the majority is what we people lack.  Hence we became animals.  

The only conclusion that I can give for those who read this is that, we do what is good for our fellowmen and hope that they would do the same.  Cause change for the better only starts from oneself and spreads to others. This would trigger an event that is called enlightenment and this will help our world to be better.  Start with small things, cause it is where all starts.  The small decision we make can fluctuate in a big wave of good decision that can help our world.
