Time flies so fast or is it only a figment of our imagination.  Time might not be linear as we think it is.  Time might be flat and everything happens for a cause and effect on all possible choices a person can do.  Hence every second is not time pass but its a sign that a certain event occured and a new outcome or result have appear.

A strady 2% add on yty to have the discounted rate,  so if the higest profit it gained was 1m,  then the next year it drop 900k the amiunt to beat is 1,002,000,  profit the 3rd year to have a x percentage discount as stated.  This will be a simple tax for all business,  now here is the tricky part,  we discourage business going bankrupt cause it create less peoductivity like reducing work force.  So businesses that are not earning atleast 3% yty on average of the life of the business.  They will be audited,  they will be restructured by officials.  Then the authorized officials would be responsible for the business wellfare of the business for 5 years until,  it would earned a average of 5% for the whole life.  Remember this is done thru bank and after a large cash deposit and no money going out the next year and it average an earnings of 5% average for following year.  That is the time when the audit would stop.  Government should only audit business that are doing badly and give free assitance,  now if the business goes to bankrupt,  the owners would need to explain the bankruptcy.  And their names would be monitored.  When they open a business regardless of company or sole proprietor.  Governement auditor would be checking all money going out and coming in.  Via bank info generated by the computer.  If the business for 3 years does not earn income.  It would be forced to shut down unless it gain income in the 4th year equivalent of 15%.  

Other taxes generating shoud be citizen tax,  any citizen earning or not as long as it is living here in the place would need to pay x amount yearly.  This would be a treshhold on how much the minimum wage would be cause,  we should remove minimum eage but let the market decide how much is the minimum.   A tax of 10,000 a year is good enough, now owning a car they would pay x amount during car registation.  And the registation is done every 10 years,  during registration on the 11 year the car is only given 5 years of use,  then if the odometer register 300,000 up, the car would need to be recycled.  The tax people pay for a car per year is 50,000.  This money would be used for roads and stuff.  The fix amount of cash is fixed with our inflation rate of 2% yearly increase.  Cars should now be cheaper but maintaning them would be more expensive.  Same goes with lot owners,  people who do something with their lands would be taxed lesser than people who keep on buying lots and dont do anything to the land.  We should promote development.  This is the governement that encourage people to be more productive.  Lessening the expenses of the business it would encourage people to spend more,  expand more, do business more.  It would promote growth and give more jobs to the people.  Lowering the food of the people by giving competition and giving people acess to trade.  Another penalty that we could impose is business regardless of sidewalk vendors and other traders.   People should have ids,  and when inspector scan the business ID and if there is no business ID but they are doing business anyone could report it via computer and they would get discounts from their taxes.  The government when caught a business without business ID from the internet do not be punish but they woukd help them register the business after business registration,  they will be monitored by using a business Sim from telecomunication businesses.  

Everything should have a category bracket but the one checking is the computer, formula.  The formula can be seen always so that people could check if there is errors.  The next thing that is needed the taxes should be geared toward developement, penalize people who dont do good business.  Government employees should only be the one encoding the data by means of sim cards.  The comunication should show if a business is not registered it will be the fault of the inspector and he will get jail term.  This way he will forcely help the business enter sim card and other stuff.  They will be social helper and working to serve the people with a large salary that keep them alive and living a good life.  This is where governement should print or give qualitative easing too.  2% mandatory increase of salary of the governement workers.  Now if they did not complete they job their salary would be cuted and they will be seriously jailed if the problem is not solved,  after they have a good result their salary would resume and all back pay would be restored.  

Writing this and putting my thoughts on the web wont do any good but having my ideas stored on the cloud would release some tension and hopfully someone is reading and might use my ideas to good use.  Hire me to be consultant for apple or a big company that pays big amount of money....

Still amids all the elction craze and the hope that one day the philippine government would grow a better loce for its people.  Apparently taxes helps determine the real growth of the economy.  I really hope that the BIR got exposed and the philippine governement would opt for a better system that do not give too much power to government officials especially positions that could be corruptable.  A new revolutionary way to do taxes is thru internet.  Not thru filing but encourage business to declare the real Sales and Profit.  This would be a good way to know the real strength of the economy.  Here is an idea that would help business and this Government to calculate a more fair view of taxes.  I remember that i have place a blog about how to go about it but this time we focus on business tax only.  Now a business regardless small or big needs to know if it is earning or not.  The government shoukd by all mean adapt or ask for international coders to create an accounting system that every business should do.  Every business would be connected thru this cloud base internet.  We should encourage business to use the application and make the program simpler.  Business is simple,  there is always a factor of money getting in and money going out.  Monitoring them would be easier,  money coming in to monitor is easy just let business attached business bank accounts and talky all the money going in and going out.  The thing here is all data should be encrypted and no one even governement should be able to see the data.  Only the information like money earned or money loss.  We should encourage, business to earn money rather than losing money.  Accounting right now is done just to make creative way to pay less or make books look good for business.  A very simple way to know if the business is good is when the money coming in is bigger than money going out.  

Next step is the taxing percentage,  the tax bracket is quite unfair and not good measurement in how big tax a person should get.  If the business earned x percentage, it would have a same x percentage discount from paying taxes.  This way it would encourage people to submit a better record than a bad record.  So example the business earned 15% from the past year, the tax would be discounted by 15% too.  The tax percentage should be fixed regardless of how big you earn cause you want business to reinvest and expand.  I go with a fix 10% tax from the earnings period.  So if the business earned 1M then they would pay 100,000 period and it will be automatically deducted.  Government should reduce regulation like type of reciept or other stupid regulations.  Keep it simple,  regardless if the income is from investment or what ever as long as it is kept inside the bank it could be monitored.  No other way to reduce but to grow the business yty.  If the business did not grow higer it woudl still pay the tax of 10%.  To encourage a stable growth rate of 2% as that would be our inflation,  s

I tried to say thank you for all i have.  I really do want to say thank you for all i have.  I would like to share business life here in the philippines.  In paper the philippines is a really good place ro do business.  The market is more forgiving and the people here tend to have a spend first mentality.  This is very good for a businessman.  Here lies the really problem.  With competition getting intense and every margin is being sqeeze from products and services.  The last question in mind is how could businesses earn money with this kind of environment.  People tend to strive and do better when they are challenged and given some obstacles to win.  The only problem here in the philippines is the red tape.  Its the unspoken or hidden cost in doing business here in the philippines.  Importers have problems in releasing their goods on time.  Businesses values time cause investments returnes are computed with time over money.  Government institutions gives business too many steps to accomplished a certain regulatory requirement and it takes time to complete them.  The another is the cost of completing them.  If the shipment gets stuck on customs,  warehouse charge is being inccured hence it would benefit government due to fee and taxes.  Mostly the delays are intended cause people would like to give something extra to make them move faster.  This extra fee is placed on top of cost of goods and passed to customers.  Asked A very well known brand of Icream which stop its operations here due to red tapes and under the table kickbacks.  Their goods are Ice cream and the rush to transfer the products to a more well placed environment.  Apparently the more you want your products to be release the more it would cost.  Another hidden charges in the philippines is the tax,  apparently regardless if you pay the correct taxes they would find errors on your accounting or they would know that you have hidden something or did not declare a certain amount this would eventually be used as extortion of money.  Foreigners dont know how corrupt and sideways the governement here in the philippines.  The government thens to ignore this kind of hardships to its citizens cause it works as an economic incentives to their people who they underpay or pay them delayed.  While other infrastructured are known to have 10-50% markup to be given to the projects authors.  These are not limited to not following the rules,  governement would impose minimum wage rates while they themselves only pay brangay tanods an equivalent of uSd 60-70 per month depending on the exchange rates.  Come on,  government should uphold order and guide the people to the path where they want the country to be stirred not a means and ways to give opportunities to others and leave the less fortunate to fight their own battles.  Governements should give opportunities and make sure that everyone have the same opportunities.

Its been a while that i have written on my blog.  Everything is going well with some minor setbacks.  Currently i have received a letter from the BIR again.  Its a corrupt government agency that focuses on getting cash from organizations that worked hard on earning them.  This country the philippines is a great country but the government here especially this current administration who current goals is only to help push more opportunities to the set political family business to grow their interest more.  I really cant understand this government on how they uplift the lifestyle of the people of this country.  They are following the style of a certain country in which the system is not applicable in this settings.  This government is corrupt as hell and their image is as clean as Divine.  The money that would be taken from us is going to be pocketed by them.  Its like a bad game in which you cant win,  i really hope that i could find way like captain Jame T. Kirt to overide the program and change the rules of the game.  Its like this if you complete and all details are declared to the BIR they would find new loppholes to say that uou did not pay the correct taxes.  The people here in this country just give money to just to get over this bad system.  Its always a win win situation for them.  The feeling i have cant be properly explained thru this blog but its like your trap in this bad dream and they would keep on sucking you dry.  They dont like to fix the system cause it would be unprofitable for them.  

Money is really not money as i have come to understand.  Its time,  money is a tangible, accountable stuff and devaluatable form of time.  Each person earns money thru time.  Its a matter of how much you earn per second.  Its like your life converted to paper.  Life is consist of time and in order for life to have additonal value is to experience good moments to bolster the value of your life.  Tis current governement sucks the life out of their people.  Currently, this aquino administration's bet in this coming elections is Mar Roxas,  this platform or lifestyle in this country is not good for normal low income people cause this lifestyle and platform only works well with the rich people.  The system is placed to keep the poor from being rich.  Why does the rich keeps on getting richer,  its not because they are bad or they play the system better.  Its because they have more money than others.  Money is accumulated thru time cause money is time, this is the current system in which everyone lives by regardless of what.  Its hard to accept other system cause its also money/time we need to survive.  We use money to get everything we need.  Some government are shifting from a monetary soceity to a more morality soceity.  Like a ticket vending machine that will give out free tickets when people do squats to get ticket to have free rides.  We should aim a more helping others community in which people would do good thngs to others or help people to harvest their own food and love the things their doing.

As i always start my journal with a good thank you,  thank you for everthing.  Thank you for letting me experience some new snacks on my sister in law's place.  Thank you that i got to take care of my nephew, thank you for letting me feel secure with all the savings i have.  Thank you for giving me a good environment to operate my opportunity and discover more things a bout this world.  As i learn more about this world the more i realize that i dont know anything.  This limited knowledge of this world is quite limiting.   The thing that i realize that the more i waited to live my life the more i am not living my life.  Experiencing how a baby view this world for the first time is quite revealing as everything about this world for the baby is interesting.  It helps the baby be a person it wants to be or needed to be to survive this world.  I dont read my pass journals but hopefully one day in the future when i feel more complete in my financials i would look back to this moment and smiled that i have acheive what i set to achieved.  Life throw us a lot of unexpected things.  Life brings out the best in a person.  I am quited interested in Einstien's theory of relativity.  If i understand what his theory is telling me is that time is the fourth dimension that we are experiencing.  It does give us multiple senario of each posibility.  It do mean that if such an act is accomplished hence the time it spend to reach the accomplished state is also the part in which it became to that state.  There could be a lot more other possibility but because of its certain influence to follow certain laws it apparently would come to the accomplished state as it should be.  Its more like an explanation of destinty.  The more you think about a certain event the more you would realize that everything in this world is drawn towards the preferred state in which you want your life to be.  Its a matter of just visualizing it and making it happen.  Apparently thinking about it is a first environmental influence that correlates certain events or external environment to find the state in which a certain event should occur.  

This means that everyone is drawn towards it and each moves according to each will and when you will correlates with others hence this is why certains stuff crossed paths.  This also means that certain events are bound to occur due to the influences that each pushes to reach that event in which everyone have been dreaming about.  Thinking that each force that we excert to the universe is out of our control,  it seems that it is not the case.  For each action we out forward, we might not know if a certain evnet might occur,  but we have issued an action hence a definite result is surely to be expected in the future.  Regardless of the action we put forward is to push it towards what we perceived as the one we prefer.  

I may not experience it all but i give you this there are currently 5 candidates that are running for the top post for this country.  The question is which candidate is going to win.  The only thing that is definite right now is that we would have a newleader.  This is a new leader and regardless who will win they are in a heck of a roller coaster ride

Today with Business

Thank you for a very interesting day.  It seems like all my equities are doing well as in as in the range i expected it would be.  The new thing here is business.  I know that business and equities are not the same but it is the same in uncertainty.  Having a business gives me a false sense that everything would fall into place when business is agreed upon.  As it is that all agreements are made by humans and everyone is bound to fail on those agreements.  In business it quite the same.  It guve only the false sense that everyone would respect the values of business and follow the words that are agreeded upon.  In Equities we could speculate and expect a certain market sentiment that everyone would follow.  The only thing is everyone is its own master and everyone is doing its best to move the way they like it.  It seems that we cant control both.  The only thing that i like about equities is that it does not hide the fact that it is not an exact science and everything will move according to the market sentiment.  Regardless of charts and stuff it is placed that the charts are taught so that everyone or a herd mentality could be instill to all the traders.  This way it would move as predicted and the gainers will only be the one who could analyze the flaw of the science.

I am currently struggeling in accepting in the fact that business cant be really controlled there are a lot of factors that we cant control.  Managing it is better but still for a person like me who want to control almost everything it is a very hard gane to play.

Today with Clarity

It seems that i am having some rough or maybe confusing time.  Finding things to be thankful for are the key to be successful and to overwhelm myself with passion and control.  Thank you for having me able to decide or make correct decisions as each day passes.  As i grow i realize that all of my success or hardwork are being accomplished by the small things and taughts that i have.  I maybe sometimes lazy or maybe not doing enough but i think in actual i feel that i could do more.  The only thing that is stopping me is not opportunity or faith.  The thing that is stopping me is me.  It feels like I am lost and i could not find the courage to draw a better path for my future.  Is it because i think too much or am i thinking too much.  Am I sharing to much?  These are all the questions that runs in my mind everyday and for each thing that passes i do still think that way.  Having confidence and being full of my skills are kind of similar.  I am greatful for the opportunity that has presented to me.  I am grateful that my stock trades are getting better.  I may not see the big picture now but it seems that we are going there.  Thinking of the end results have me motivated but thinking of the cons about the result do hinder me to think further.  

I really do need to reevaluate the way how i would proceed.  Doing another business is never easy.  As i am now my time is full and reall stress out on the small things that are coming.  Enjoying the journey is not quite as fun as I taught.  The main important stuff is to enjoy the journey.  Making everything seems look easy is bad and making everything look complicated is also bad.  Having a simple task or routine eliminates the taught of what you are doing cause it is giving an illusion that what your doing is the thing that is your doing to make your story a success.

Having achieve stuffs,  does is qualify as success?  I know a person who seems to me as successful but still strives everyday to prove himself or push himself better.  Is that the reason he is still alive or the reason he keeps on moving or doing what he does.  I also know a person who enjoys doing really nothing and enjoys his life.  So it seems but i really dont understand.  Enlighten as I am the only think in all that i am thinking is the solution to all the stuff i am wondering about. 

I am grateful that i have this magnificent analyzation skill that can shape my future.  Currently I am stuck and i really hope that i could further push my mind into thinking a more better way.
